NOTE

ABOUT THE CIRCLE

Each piece of our design incorporates a circle, a symbol that carries deep meaning within the work.

This circle represents the idea that "this design is not perfect." In Turkish culture, woven carpets hold significant religious and cultural value. For over 500 years, young Turkish women would spend countless hours weaving carpets at home, carefully working to create something flawless. However, upon nearing completion, they would intentionally "make a mistake" in the final loop of the carpet. This act, deeply symbolic, reflects the belief that "only God is perfect," and that nothing created by human hands can ever achieve perfection.
